Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CURBZ platform, including our website and any related apps (collectively, the "Service"). By requesting a delivery, signing up as a driver, or registering as a merchant, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and item details when requesting a delivery. CURBZ connects customers with independent drivers and merchant partners and is not itself a common carrier.

2. Payments

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and service level, and are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Prohibited items

Certain items cannot be transported through CURBZ. See our Hazardous Materials Policy for details.

4. Cancellations

Deliveries may be cancelled prior to driver assignment at no charge. Cancellations after a driver has been assigned or after pickup may be subject to a fee.

5. Limitation of liability

CURBZ's liability for any delivery is limited as described in our Insurance page.

6. Changes to these Terms

CURBZ may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
